Ellen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Personal Training Institute, as well as a retired physician assistant. She combines a career in medicine with her passion for fitness. She has over 10 years of experience working as a personal trainer.
She is passionate about helping people transform their lives through improving their health and fitness. She has extensive experience working with clients new to exercise as well as those recovering from illness, injury and surgery. Her personal journey into fitness began about 15 years ago, after an injury and a complete recovery through regular exercise. This has taken her from couch potato to working out 6 days a week consistently. It’s included significant weight loss, weight gain, and loss again, and seen her through multiple surgeries.
She now enjoys working with clients who are ready to begin their own journey into health and wellness.
